The Bubble Tea you love has many names like they call it bubble tea, pearl milk tea, or boba. The original inventor was unknown. It was invented in Taichung and Tainan in the 1980s.

Bubble Tea doesn't refer to its tapioca pearls.

The bubble tea you love was originally made without tapioca pearl. Through shaking all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker that makes a bubble foam, the milk tea was typically prepared.

Milk tea has two categories: teas and milk teas. Both have different flavors to choose from. This delightful tea consists of mixed milk it could be non-dairy creamer, fruits, tapioca, and flavored syrup. Bubble tea has a layer of tapioca balls on the bottom part. Most of the Taiwanese choose how much sugar to add in their milk tea.

What do you need to know about Tapioca?

Tapioca balls are chewy and flavorless. Cassava is a staple food of people in tropical countries, it gives us carbohydrate and its low in vitamin, protein, and minerals.
